Read paperMusicSphere is a pan-European initiative to capture the unique acoustic properties of cultural heritage sites, from concert halls to ancient theaters, using modern measurement and simulation techniques.
We employ a combination of in-situ acoustic measurements, 3D scanning, and numerical simulation to create comprehensive digital twins of each heritage site.
The collected data forms a searchable archive that allows researchers, architects, and musicians to study and virtually experience historical acoustic environments.
